Mektub sent to the sancak bey of Menteşe from the Kapudan Paşa Hasan regarding attacks on territories under the rule of Venice. During the time of the late Recep Paşa, İstendil attached to Venice was attacked and some livestock was taken. Upon the Venetian bailo's complain, the Grand vizier asked Kapudan paşa to warn local governors about such actions that are against the ahdname. Menteşe sancak beyi is asked to prevent such attacks on Venetian lands and punish those who insist on pursuingtheir actions.
