Mektub sent to the sancakbey of Lika due to the complaints about Ottoman subjects attacking the Venetian border lands. Some Ottoman officials and subjects attacked Venetian lands and oppressed Venetian subjects. There were complaints about this issue at the Porte as such actions are against the ahdname. Sancakbey is asked to protect the borders and never allow anybody oppress Venetian subjects or use the lands that belonged to Venice in accordance with the agreements.
