Order sent to the ex beylerbeyi of Haleb, Ali, regarding commercial disputes between the Ottoman local officials and Venetian merchants that are explained in the previous orders. This order summarizes disputes between the Ottoman officials and Venetian merchants who lost their goods or did not receive their money. Accordingly, names of the Ottoman officials that oppressed and/or still owe to the merchants are listed with the amount they owe.In addition to such disputes, the case of the dragoman of Haleb, Hristofolu, is mentioned as he is still in prison in spite of the fact that 5000 flori w ere received by Mansur oğlu Mehmed who imprisoned the dragoman for harming an Arab.
