Although imperial orders were sent previously to prevent corsair activities with fırkata and kayıks, some evil doers continued to carry out such activities around Kotor in the Venetian bay. The sancakbey and kadı are ordered to stop such people, never allow building of fırkatas and kayıks and destroy the already builded ones.
