Order sent to the sancakbey of Hersek and kadı of Nova upon the request of the bailo in İstanbul regarding construction of new (three) fırkatas in the fortress of Nova, which is against the ahdname. Ottoman subject used these ships in the bay of Venice and attacked Venetian subjects. As this is againt the condition of peace and ahdnane, the Ottoman officials are ordered to stop construction of fırkatas and kayık and obey the previous orders that had been sent from the Porte about these issues.
