Dizdar and other local administrators of Moton collaborated with these corsairs and helped them. Ali and kadı of Moton are ordered to investigate this. If those officials actually helped the corsairs, they are ordered to put them in prison and report their names and desciption to the Porte and then punish them accordingly.
