People of Nifuş claimed that Prakişta and Silişta in the village of İspelyal belonged to them. However, the court decided that those areas belonged to the Venetian village of İspelyar.Thekadı is ordered to return these areas to the Venetians and never let those Ottoman subjects interfere or claim those areas again.
