Order sent to the beylerbeyi of Bosna regarding the killing of two Ottoman subjects in İspalad which is governed by Venice. Some franks (Europeans) killed Hasan ans Veli and took their money and goods, which belong to the Porte. When it was asked to the bailo in İstanbul, he said that he was not aware of such an evil act. He assured to report this and send a letter to the governor in İspalad to have the killers found and goods returned to the Porte. If those who killed the Ottomans were Venetian subjects, the bailo guaranteed to have them punished. The beylerbeyi is ordered to send a letter to the governor of İspalad and investigate the issue as well. He is also ordered not to oppress anyone who is not involved.
