Order sent to the beylerbeyi and kadı of Haleb upon the bailo's request regarding the Venetians in Haleb. It is said that the current bailo in Haleb is a relative of the bailo in Istanbul. Because of that and of the ahdname, bailo, dragomans and the merchants are to be protected by the current office holders in Haleb. Any case that is outlined in the ahdname related to the bailo are to be transferred to the Porte. If the bailo becomes a guarantor for a Venetian merchant who has a court case, the merchant is not to be imprisoned.
