Order sent to the kadıs of Gelibolu and Boğazhisar and dizdars of boğazhisar upon the request of the bailo regarding the Venetian ships sailing from Istanbul to their own country. Normally after they receive their permission paper, Venetian ships are stopped and checked again at Boğazhisar and are permitted to go on. However, some emins and others in Gelibolu have been stopping the Venetian ship and keeping them for days by claiming that they carry illegal items. The Ottoman officials are ordered to stop such people and continue to inspect the Venetian ships at Boğazhisar as it has been done before. They are also ordered to report those evil-doers to the Porte if they insist on doing such things.
