Order sent to the sancakbeyi of Avlonya and kadıs of Avlonya and Dıraç regarding captain Vuko. Vuko came to the court to complain about sipahi oğlanı Mehmed and captain Derya who with other men attacked Vuko and his six men. Vuko was returning from Dıraç port. When the Ottoman subjects attacked, Vuko and his men left their ship. They lost money on the ship and on the land as well. The Ottoman officials are ordered to inquire this issue and find and punish Mehmed and Derya because they did something that was against the orders and ahdname.
