Order sent to the kadıs of Gelibolu and Boğazhisar and custodians of Boğazhisar upon the request of the bailo in İstanbul and Dutch and French ambassadors. In accordance with the ahdname, merchant ships paid their customs fees and taxes and then checked at Boğazhisar with no extra payment. However, recently some emins acted differently. The emin in Galibolu, Yayalakoğlu, claimed to have an order and demanded to check the merchants ships in Galibolu. As this is against the rules, the Ottoman officials are ordered to stop such implementation and obey the rules of ahdname.
