The Venetian Consul in Gelibolu recently passed away and the emin confiscated the house he was living. Although the house was purchased by the Venetians and they have a hüccet for this, the emin claimed it for the treasury. The kadı is now ordered to restore the house back to the Venetians. If the emin insists on doing this, the kadı is to report him to the porte.
