Apart from these, the beylerbeyi is asked to allow his subjects who want to help the Venetians in their fights against the Spanish in Europe. He is reminded that Spain will be problem in the future if they defeat Venice and others in Europe. He is also asked to appoint a commander for those people who will go to Venice to fight.
