The goods and grain loaded by the Venetian consul of İzmir have been taken by Murad Kethüda who refused to give it back to the Venetians. Now, the Ottoman officials are ordered to retrieve those goods and grain from the kethüda and return it to the Venetian consul or to the men arriving with the imperial order.
