Order sent sancakbey of İlbasan, kadı and dizdar of Dıraç and emin of the port regarding Venetian ships which belong to a Venetian noble and which run ashore while on theirto Venice. They crashed near Dıraç. Kara Mehmed and Sarı Cafer received 2700 guruş to help the Venetians save their belongings from the water. However, they decided to take the goods inside those ships and 130 Venetian subjects as slaves. They also took their cannons some of which were put in the fortress and some were taken to the villages. In spite of previous orders, neither those evil-doers were punished nor the belongings of the Venetians were returned. Now, Mehmed is asked in line with the order sent by the Porte to release the Venetian subjects, return their goods and 2700 guruş.
