Against the Spanish threat, the loyal allies of the Porte, Venetians, have been supported because if the Venetians loses , the Ottomans lands may be in danger. In accordance with this and the ahdname, the Venetians are allowed to purchase grain and enroll willing Muslim or non-Muslim Ottoman subjects for their army. The Ottoman officials are asked to obey the orders sent in this vein.
