The Porte had helped the Venetians with grain and foodstuff last year. This year too the Venetian are to be helped in their struggle. For this reason, the kadı is ordered to allow purchase of grain by the Venetians in exchange for their money. Moreover, the kadı is ordered to never let the kethüda interfere in this issue or prevent Venetians from buying grain.
