Order sent to the sancakbey of Hersek and kadı of Nova regarding the killing of the dizdar of Resne by two men who then escaped. The people of Resne and Noca thought that they might have escaped to the Venetian fortress of Kotor. The governor of Kotor allowed them to search the fortress for these two men in accordance with the ahdnamebut they were not found there. In spite this, the Ottoman subjects got on to theboats and attacked the fortress of Kotor. They caused many losses and harassed Venetian subjects which is against the ahdname. The Ottoman officials are ordered to stop such acts and ensure that the ahdname is obeyed.
