Order sent to the beylerbeyi of Haleb upon his and Kadı Mehmed's letter regarding a certain Yeniçeri Cafer, who was appointed as yasakçı for the Venetian consul of Haleb. However, he turned out to be a bandit and caused many problems for the bailo. He threantened the bailo and oppressed him. He also demanded taxes more than those which are required by the ancient laws. In this vein, the beylerbeyi is ordered to capture him and punish him accordingly for his crimes. Also, it is said that a letter in this regard was sent from the ağa of the janissaries so that he would be punished.
