Order sent to the sancakbey of İlbasan and kadı of Dıraç upon the request of the bailo regarding the Venetian subjects trading in the area. Traditionally Venetians from Parast region trade with the Ottoman ports in the lands of Albania. They buy grains and pay according to the daily rate. They also pay their customs dues and go to their own lands. Recently some Venetians came to the port of Pastova, bought 6 thousand guruş worth of grains and paid their customs dues. However, some evil people attacked them and took their belongings including their cash, clothes and grain on the ship. They even tried to kill the Venetians. The sancakbey and kadı are ordered to find those evil doers and return belongings and cash of Venetians. They are to report those attackers to the Porte and punish them accordingly.
