Order sent to the sancakbeys of İlbasan, Ohri and Avlonya and kadı and emins of Dıraç upon the request of the bailo regarding the grain trade between the Venetians and Ottomans in the region. It has been a tradition that the spare grain of the Ottoman districts mentioned above could be sold to the Venetians if the Ottoman subjects want to sell. In this regard, the Ottoman officials are ordered to allow the Venetian buy spare grains from the Ottomans and expell those who try to oppress the Venetians or interfere in their affairs.
