Mektub written by an Ottoman official from imperial navy (could be Kapudan) to the beylerbeyi of Kıbrıs and kadı of Tuzla upon the request of the bailo regarding a certaimn church in Tuzla which had been owned by the Venetians but then occupied by the French during the war. The issue was seen in the court and it was decided that the French side did not have a valid document that showed any right over the church.
