Order sent to the beylerbeyi and kadı of Mısır upon the request of the bailo. It is written in the ahdname that if the Venetian consul wishes to go to the Porte or Venice he is to be protected on the road and exempt from taxes. However, the consul appointed to Mısır was demanded taxes at the port of (gap in the text) and was harassed by the emin at the port. The beylerbeyi and kadı are ordered to obey the ahdname and return the consul's money.
