A new bailo has been appointed to replace him. Yakomo will be accompanied by a kapucubaşı and yasakçı (gaps in the text in place of their names). The Ottoman officials are ordered to protect him and provide necessary food and other items on the road. They are also ordered not to allow anyone to attack or harm the bailo and his men.
