Mektub sent to the beylerbeyi of Kıbrıs regarding his treatment of Venetians. The current beylerbeyi of Kıbrıs had a dispute with the Venetians when he was a defterdar in Bosna. The dispute continued when he was serving in İstanbul. Now he is serving as a beylerbeyi in Kıbrıs, he is asked to treat the Venetian consul and consul's men and merchants in accordance with the ahdname granted to them.
