English Summary - Plain
Nişan granted to the Venetian bailo regarding a certain non-Muslim Ottoman merchant who brought fish from Sakız to Venice but did not get paid. He harassed the Venetian bailo and the former dragoman. Due to his complaints, the former Venetian dragoman was imprisoned. After an order, he was released. Later a nişan was granted to the Venetians so that no one harasses the bailo or dragoman or other merchants because of someone else's debt. The above mentioned merchant later died and this time his father began harassing the Venetians. The current nişan was granted again in order to stop this.
