Order sent to the kadı of Boğaz Hisar upon the request of the bailo regarding a Venetian ship which sank due to the stormy weather near the region. The ship was on its way to Venice with necessary permissions from the Porte. In spite of this, the emin of Anadolu Boğaz Hisarı detained the ship with the pretext of two people having a court case. Due to the delay, the ship had to travel in the stormy season and sank. The bailo requested that the emin be fired and punished. The kadı is ordered to investigate the issue and report it to the porte. Then he is to act according to the orders from the Porte.
