Order sent to the sancak bey and kadı of Kilis upon the bailo's request regarding Ottoman subjects' illegal use of Venetian territories close to the border and oppression of Venetian subjects. In line with the adhname and hüccets given during the reign of Selim II, fortress of Zadra was given to Venice. Now some Ottoman Muslim from Bosnia illegaly use lands that are part of Zadra and oppress the Venetian subjects living there. Although an imperial order sent to the Bosnian beylerbeyi Ferhad and some Ottoman subjects still use those lands and oppress people. The sancakbeyi and kadı of Kilis are ordered to go to the border in person with the man of the Venetian beys and investigate the issue. Then they are to prevent such illegal use and oppression from the Ottoman side.
