Mektub sent from a paşa (could be kapudan) to probably local administrators (dizdars) regarding the corsairs from North Africa. It is said that last year they attacked and caused many material and human losses. In case of an attack to the shores this year, the local administrators are asked to keep them away from the fortresses and never give them any food. Moreover, they are asked to fire cannons if they approach the shores and put them in prison when possible.
